Prices include the courses you select and Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch. Accomodations are available in Dallas, Oregon, which is ten minutes from Cockatoo Downs.
All registrations must be received by Monday, May 19, 2008. If you must cancel, please cancel by May 1, 2008 for a full refund (no refunds after this date).
